The mentor program allows agents to get a feel for a team environment while building their own independent business. The program assists a new agent in building their business plan, learning the skills required to be a productive and knowledgable agent, and prepares them for their own growth in the business.
Option B: A Position Within the Team
Have you been in business for a while but are missing the systems to take your business to the next level? This option is for agents who have closed over 3 transactions or have been in the business for over a year, this is a great opportunity to join the team in any one of our various positions.
